First Competition Over!

We’ve officially finished the first competition at Mount Olive and have already started to prepare for our second one in Warren Hills. At Mount Olive, we made it to the playoffs as a part of Alliance 3 with the Robo T-Birds (team 1672) and Rambotics (4573), and won the Quality Award (An award given to robots able to withstand the rigor of competition and throughly demonstrates quality in every aspect)! Everyone on Montclair Robotics is ecstatic about these accomplishments; at the same time, members are meeting up to discuss changes to be made to Riptide (this year’s robot) to ensure our continued success.

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished so far, and are looking forward to the next competition!
